Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 Nov 2026
Blue Heron Ltd ("we") makes the 406 ELT Decoder and OnePer mobile apps. This policy explains what data the apps use.
406 ELT Decoder
- The app uses your phone's microphone only while you are recording an ELT self-test, so that it can decode the beacon's hex ID.
- Recordings, decoded results and PDF reports are stored only on your device. You choose whether to share a report.
- The app does not require an account. It does not collect personal information and does not send your recordings or reports to us or anyone else.
OnePer
- OnePer uses your phone's motion sensors and camera to measure vibration and blade position while you run a balance.
- Run results are stored on your device. If you turn on the optional data upload, run results and an anonymous device identifier are sent to us to help improve the app. No names, contact details or location are collected.
Website
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13.
